Reception is at your service 24 hours a day. To reach reception, dial 9.
Air conditioning
For your comfort, you can modulate the temperature of your room as you wish. The start or stop is done on the air conditioning box on the wall of your room.
Pets
Your pets are welcome in our establishment, with the exception of the dining room of the gourmet restaurant. All our accessories to accommodate your pet were offered to us by MaxiZoo Bouliac. Find their different range on their website maxizoo.fr

Babysitting
On request at reception.
Bar
Open from 9am to midnight, our bar offers a wide selection of drinks and snacks, at the bar, on the terrace or at the scine.
Laundry
Clothes returned before 10 a.m. will be returned around 6 p.m. the same day. You will find a laundry bag in your room. the completed laundry card along with the bag.(This service does not work on Sundays and public holidays)
Shop
We offer for sale a selection of articles, wines and local craft products, on display at the reception.

You have a safe in the room, instructions for which you will find in front of the door.
Concierge
You will find some activity recommendations within the application. For any reservation of restaurant, hotel, plane, train, show, car rental, taxi, tourist information, .... the reception is at your disposal every day from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. (dial 9).

Phone chargers and adapters are available at reception.

Rooms at noon at the latest. For requests for departure after 12 noon, please contact reception.

L hotel is food é in 220 Volts. To have electricity, please insert the key in the box located at the entrance of the room.

We have an outdoor swimming pool 25 meters long, as well as a sauna and a park with a pedestrian route. On reservation, near Bouliac, you can practice tennis, golf, horse riding, and visits to prestigious Bordeaux vineyards...

Massage
Massages are performed in your room. This is a service by appointment from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., depending on availability. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. In case of late cancellation, fees may apply.
Doctor
If necessary, we can call on a doctor 24 hours a day.
Mini bar
Drinks and delicacies are available for purchase in the mini-bar cabinet in your room. This one is replenished daily.

Cleaning
Service is from 9am to 3pm. If you wish not to be disturbed, remember to hang the "do not disturb" sign on the handle of your bedroom door.

Parking
The hotel is equipped with a car park secured by a digicode system. The access codes are communicated to you at the reception upon your arrival. If you wish, we can park your vehicle or take it out.
Breakfast
.Breakfast is served in the restaurant's panoramic room, or weather permitting, on the terrace from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Your breakfast order must be made using the QR Code the day before before 11 p.m.

Breakfast in the room is served between 7am and 11am. Your breakfast order must be made the day before before 11 p.m., at reception or by dialing 9.

Restoration
The hotel has two restaurants: The gastronomic restaurant "Le Saint-James" is open, for lunch, from Wednesday to Saturday inclusive, from 12 p.m. to 1.15 p.m.*, for dinner, from Tuesday to Saturday, from 7.30 p.m. to 9.15 p.m.*. The Bistrot "Le Café de l'Espérance" located in the heart of the village opposite the church is open Tuesday to Saturday from 12 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.* and from 7.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.
