Welcome to Saint James
Located in Bouliac, a small village on the heights of Bordeaux, the Saint-James is the first hotel designed by Jean Nouvel (2008 Pritzer Prize). Inspired by the tobacco dryers of his native region, the famous architect imagined four buildings clad in rust-colored metal lattices. The 18 rooms are bathed in light with a breathtaking view of the Bordeaux countryside and the city.
Gastronomy is a major asset for discovering local products sublimated into tasty dishes. The Saint-James cooking school reveals all the secrets of making French cuisine but also world cuisine. The second restaurant, the Café de l'Espérance, offers a gourmet menu of wood-fired grills and irresistible pastries.
Staying at the Saint-James is to make an authentic stopover and live a unique experience.
