The Mets Mots restaurant is first and foremost a trio of Léo Forget in the kitchen, his wife Marion Forget and their friend Romain Grenet in the dining room.
Their place of expression: rue Fondaudége in Bordeaux with a bistronomic restaurant that is modern, young, in tune with the times, a long place with its wooden tables without tablecloths, its farandole of light bulbs, its cuisine open onto a chic glass roof with its wall lined with newspaper headlines as if to recall the glorious past of the place which was a printing press until the 1990s.
From his open kitchen Léo Forget and his team deliver their ideas of the moment which give pride of place to fresh and local produce, seasonal in line with their suppliers.
The Mets Mots Restaurant was distinguished by the Gault et Millau guide in 2018 and by the Michelin Guide with 1 Plate in 2020.
